Once an order has been placed, changes to the delivery address, products, payment method, or other order details are unfortunately no longer possible for technical and security reasons.
If you have a Sunday customer account and were logged in when placing your order, you may be able to cancel your order directly from your account. Simply go to Order Status, locate your order, and click the three dots (⋮) in the Action column to see the available options.
If you placed your order as a guest, please contact our Customer Service team via the contact form as soon as possible. We will be happy to check whether cancellation is still possible.
