In order to promote environmental sustainability, we have made the decision to eliminate printed paper invoices from our parcel shipments. Instead, a digital invoice will be automatically sent to you via email upon placing your order.
Your invoices can be accessed through your customer account as well.
To access your invoices, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your customer account on our website.
- Hover your mouse over the account symbol located in the top right corner.
- Click on "Order Status."
- You will then be directed to a page displaying an overview of all your orders.
- Locate the order for which you need the invoice and click on the invoice in the section "Action" You will be able to download the invoice as a PDF file.
If you opted to pay through Klarna, kindly transfer the payment amount directly to Klarna and not to us. Klarna will send you a separate email containing details about your payment.
